Coolio "1 2 3 4"

Over the course of three albums in the 1990s, Coolio took West Coast hip-hop even deeper into the mainstream. Gleaning samples from the '70s funk-infused L.A. sound, Coolio's tracks are good-humored, and melodic. An urban anthem to a backyard summer get-together, 1, 2, 3, 4 Sumpin’ New, from the Fantastic Voyage album, was first available on the Tommy Boy’s Greatest Beats Volume 2 release in 1998.
