14. Mix compatibility between versions

Mixman StudioXPro will play any .MIX file from any version of Mixman prior. However, if you make a .MIX in StudioPro and save it, it will NOT work in older versions. StudioXPro has platter file support, and 32 track support which does not exist in earlier versions.

We suggest backing up all your .MIX files, and custom tracks before loading and changing them in XPro, this way you can always get back to the originals.

XPro .MIX files, will not work with Mixman VST, however older .MIX files will work fine. (Pro1, Pro2, Pro3, Pro4)
