2. Can I use Mixman to record CDs and burn with a CD-R?

Yes! Assuming that you have a CD-R drive, what you can do is export CD-quality 44k 16-bit Stereo WAV files from Mixman StudioPro, and then use your CD-R software to burn them onto an audio CD. The use of the content included on the CDs that you make will be subject to the end user license agreements. Remember that if you use samples licensed from Mixman on the CDs that you make, your use of the samples must comply with the terms of the applicable end user license.
