Upgrade FAQ

Over the years, Mixman has done its best to give existing customers a chance
to move up and get a good deal on new software, sounds and hardware.
Currently, we have a set of offers for people who have one of our products
and want to get the missing components that equal the full LoopStudio
product. This includes DM2 customers who would like the full power of LoopStudio, and
XPro who want to get the Hardware controller.

Most Mixman offers in the recent past have been made through direct e-mail
to registered users. The offers found here on our website, are intended to
give existing paid customers an opportunity to get all the way to the top of
the line with Mixman LoopStudio.

Important:
If you own XPro, Pro or Studio, you will need your "authentication key" to
access the Upgrade offer.

DM2 customers, the LoopStudio Upgrade-Pak for you will not work without the
USB Hardware plugged-in.

Older customers with Studio 1,2,3, StudioDL, Megamix or a free copy that
came with a Sound Card or promotion: we have done our best to communicate
with you through e-mail blasts and give you aggressive upgrade offers. These
products are all old and out of date and have been for some time. We have no
easy way to verify what you have or when you purchased it and cannot offer
anything at this time.

If you have Pro4 or Pro4.5 or other older versions of Pro. We have offered
you many times on the site and in e-mail the opportunity to move up at great
savings. IF, if you can prove to our satisfaction and at our sole descretion
that you are in-fact a full-paid owner of and older version of Pro bought
some time back, we may give you the Pro(5) (Pro5 is the current version via
download from our site) offer. You may need to FAX a receipt, or send some
proof of purchase.
