Limited Use

Below is the text of the End User License Agreement that accompanies all Mixman D-Plates (Singles) and TRK files marked for "Limited Use." It addresses what you can and cannot do with the Mixman Studio software as well as what uses are permitted to you by the artists.

LIMITED USE MIXMAN® D-PLATE™
IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

All Limited-Use Mixman D-Plates are subject to U.S. and foreign copyright and patent laws and individual End-User License Agreements that vary in their terms. Generally, these include restrictions upon commercial distribution and public performance of re-mixes made from the Mixman D-Plate or any sound elements installed from that Mixman D-Plate, subject to certain conditions with which you must comply.

All individual Mixman D-Plate End-User Agreements are installed on your hard drive, in the folder called "\Mixman Technologies\Licenses". The End-User Agreements will be installed into this folder under the name of the applicable Mixman D-Plate.

To install or use any Mixman D-Plate or sound element from a Mixman D-Plate, you must read, understand and abide by the terms of the specific License Agreement for that Mixman D-Plate.

IF YOU DO NOT READ, UNDERSTAND, AGREE TO AND ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF THE APPLICABLE AGREEMENT, YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO AND MAY NOT INSTALL OR USE THE MIXMAN D-PLATE OR ANY SOUND ELEMENT INSTALLED FROM THAT MIXMAN D-PLATE.
